Located just minutes from Stanford University, this high-end Palo Alto project was completed in just over eight months. Originally planned as a renovation, the scope quickly shifted to a full teardown and new build after we uncovered the poor condition of the existing structure. The city categorized the finished home as a luxury modern design.
Our client—a seasoned flipper who previously worked with our team through another builder—chose to hire us directly this time. He invested roughly $1.2 million into the build and sold the home for $1.7 million within a few months. A win for him, and a win for us—after the sale, the new homeowners hired us to add a custom sauna and a small backyard pool, bringing even more value to the property.
Despite pandemic-related challenges, including lockdowns, delayed inspections, and material shortages, we secured special permits that allowed us to keep the project moving forward. The result: a modern, high-end home delivered during one of the most difficult building environments in recent memory.
